We offer house plans for download and understand that there is no way to physically return them once they have been purchased. However, we also understand that mistakes can happen and as such, we offer a generous exchange policy for any un-downloaded plan.
If you have paid for a product, but not yet downloaded it, we will exchange it for you for a product of the same value. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will be happy to arrange the exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after payment is complete. Once you have downloaded the digital product, no refunds will be issued.
If you are unsure whether a house plan will meet your requirements, we suggest that you contact us before purchasing, to find out more about the plan.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds at our discretion.
